All of our products at Tie Dyes by Kirstie are hand dyed, as well as some handmade in Woodford, QLD, Australia. We use quality dyes and materials for each and every customer. Care instructions do come with our products on the back of the business card, but if it is misplaced the care instructions are as follows. Wash in cool/cold water only and shade dry.

Shipping
Tie Dyes by Kirstie products are sent through Australia Post. Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping as estimated by Australia Post. All of our products are packaged with care, so if you receive one that has been damaged, please contact us at support@dyesbykirstie.com. You may also be able to make a claim through Australia Post.

Refund Policy
If the product you have recieved is damaged or faulty it may be returned at the buyers expense within 14 days of receipt. The product(s) must not have been worn/used and must be in the same condition as you received it. To complete your return we will need a photograph and description of the damage/fault and a receipt or proof of purchase. After 14 days of the purchase, we can not longer offer you a refund.

Returns
Unfortunately we do not offer returns on Tie Dyes by Kirstie products if you have changed your mind or have ordered the incorrect product. However, if the product that you have received is damaged or faulty please contact us with photos detailing the issue so it can be assessed. We may require you to return the product in order to receive a replacement or refund.
